Instructions
Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's directions (or to 400°F if your waffle maker has a temperature gauge).
In a large bowl whisk together all ingredients until combined.
Spoon batter onto the hot greased waffle maker. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and they are no longer steaming.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Leftovers will keep for 3 days in the refrigerator and 1 month in the freezer.
