Light and fluffy Bisquick 7up Biscuits are an easy shortcut when you need fresh bread fast. Serve them warm with butter, jam, soup, chili, or sausage gravy.
Preheat oven to 400℉. Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment.
Grate the butter on the large holes of a box grater. Add to a large bowl.
To the bowl with the butter, add the biscuit mix, lemon-lime soda, and sour cream. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a work surface and press out to a 1-inch thickness. Use a 2.5-inch round biscuit cutter to cut out 6 biscuits, pressing the dough scraps together as needed to get all 6. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 14 to 17 minutes, until golden.
Notes
If you are having difficulty grating the butter, transfer it to the freezer for 5 minutes first.
