canned diced tomatoes

Instructions
In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown ground beef and onion until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
Add potatoes, broth, tomatoes, tomato soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in vegetables and simmer uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Brown ground beef just until cooked, as it will continue to cook while it simmers.
Leave the potatoes unpeeled if you want a more rustic dish. Just scrub well and excise any sprouted eyes.
