Ingredients

pound
processed cheese loaf
such as Velveeta
1
pound
ground chicken
sausage or hamburger would be great too!

can
whole kernel corn
1
(15 ounce can)
canned black beans
drained and rinsed
1
(10 ounce can)
canned diced tomatoes with chilies
such as Rotel, undrained
1
(14.5 ounce can)
canned petite diced tomatoes
undrained
1
(1 ounce packet)
taco seasoning
about 2 tablespoons

cups
beef broth
Instructions
Brown meat, drain and put into a pot.
Cut Velveeta into cubes and put into the pot.
Dump rest of ingredients into the pot and stir.
Cook on low for 10 minutes until heated through.
Notes
Can also be made in the slow cooker. Set on low for 2-3 hours until heated through.
