Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts
Brussel sprouts wrapped in bacon will make a delicious addition to an appetizer platter or meal time!

bacon

brussels sprouts

brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a pan with parchment paper.
Wash Brussels sprouts, remove any discolored leaves and cut in half lengthwise, from top to bottom.
Cut each piece of bacon into thirds.
Wrap bacon around each Brussels sprout half. Place seam side down on pan and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until bacon is crisp and brussels sprouts are tender.
Notes
Refrigerate cooled, leftover bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts covered for up to 3 days, and freeze in a zippered bag for up to 3 weeks.
Reheat Brussels in the oven, under the broiler, using an air fryer or quickly in the microwave.
