This Brown Butter Pecan Cereal Bar Recipe is an easy, no bake treat. It's loaded with nutty flavor, drizzled with white chocolate and makes the perfect snack or dessert!
Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter until it begins to brown and golden flecks begin to appear.
Add in the marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted. Remove from heat.
Stir in the cereal and pecan chips, transfer to the prepared baking dish and press the mixture evenly into the dish. Cool for about an hour before cutting.
Melt white chocolate chips and oil in the microwave on 30-second intervals, stirring between each one until melted. Drizzle over the top of cooled bars.
