Ingredients

pound
ground beef
cooked

strips bacon
cooked and crumbled

Tablespoon
bacon grease

small onion
diced

ounces
cream cheese
at room temp

sour cream

cup
mayonnaise
½
cup
shredded mozzarella
½
cup
shredded cheddar cheese

Tablespoon
worcestershire sauce

Tablespoon
ketchup
Instructions
Add 1 Tablespoon of bacon grease to a skillet. Add the onion and sauté about 5 minutes or so, until tender.
Add remaining ingredients, mix, and pour into a baking dish. Bake at 350˚F until golden brown and bubbly (about 25 minutes).
Notes
Optional garnish includes tomatoes, lettuce and other cheeseburger toppings.
Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container for up to 4 days. Freeze in zippered bags and thaw in the refrigerator, or a slow cooker on low.
Cheeseburger dip will separate because it has a high amount of dairy. But stir in some extra cheese to refresh it.
