3 Cheese Corn Casserole with Bacon recipe

Easy and cheesy, everyone loves this Corn Casserole!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen corn defrosted
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • 4 oz mild green chiles
  • ½ cup  cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • cup real bacon bits

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
  • Heat butter in skillet over medium heat and add corn, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until heated.
  • Stir in cream cheese, chilies, butter and milk. Cook until smooth. Fold in bacon and 3/4 cup of cheese.
  • Spread into prepared dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese and extra if desired.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbly.
