3 Cheese Corn Casserole with Bacon recipe

Easy and cheesy, everyone loves this Corn Casserole!
- 4 cups frozen corn defrosted
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 ounces cream cheese cubed
- 4 oz mild green chiles
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup real bacon bits
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
Heat butter in skillet over medium heat and add corn, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until heated.
Stir in cream cheese, chilies, butter and milk. Cook until smooth. Fold in bacon and 3/4 cup of cheese.
Spread into prepared dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese and extra if desired.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbly.
