Pizza Pockets recipe

Ingredients

can
refrigerated biscuit dough
8
oz
mozzarella cheese
8
oz
sliced pepperoni
pizza sauce
for dipping, optional
Instructions
Open can of biscuit dough and separate out each biscuit.
Cut block of mozzarella into 1 ounce pieces (8 pieces total)
Place a piece of cheese into the center of a biscuit.
Top cheese with 2 slices of pepperoni.
Take edges of the biscuit dough and fold over until cheese was covered.
Pinch edges to seal.
Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
