Easy Parmesan Zucchini recipe

This easy to prepare side dish is made with only ingredients but is packed with flavor!


  • 1 lb Zucchini cut into quarters and sliced
  • ½ cup parmesan grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt


  • In a skillet, over medium heat, warm up olive oil.
  • Once oil is warmed, add zucchini and garlic salt.
  • Saute for 5-8 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
  • Transfer to plate and top with shredded parmesan cheese, and salt & pepper to taste.
