Easy Parmesan Zucchini recipe
Servings: 6 servings
This easy to prepare side dish is made with only ingredients but is packed with flavor!
- 1 lb Zucchini cut into quarters and sliced
- ½ cup parmesan grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
In a skillet, over medium heat, warm up olive oil.
Once oil is warmed, add zucchini and garlic salt.
Saute for 5-8 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
Transfer to plate and top with shredded parmesan cheese, and salt & pepper to taste.
