This roasted broccolini is made with the perfect Asian-inspired seasoning!
- 12 oz broccolini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes or to taste
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Rinse broccolini and shake dry. Trim the ends of the broccolini.
Combine olive oil, soy sauce, seasonings, & garlic. Toss with broccolini and place on a baking sheet.
Roast broccolini 10-12 minutes or until tender-crisp. Broil 1 minute if desired.
Remove broccolini from the oven and immediately toss with sesame seeds & sesame oil.
