Nutella Brownies are a decadent treat loaded with Nutella and chocolate chips! Satisfy your sweet tooth with this gooey dessert now!


  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened room temperature
  • ½ cup light brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or dark chocolate


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line the bottom and sides of a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two of the sides to easily lift the brownies out of the pan.
  • Add butter to a large bowl and beat for 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the light brown sugar and beat for 1-2 minutes until creamed. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat just until combined. Beat in Nutella and salt until smooth.
  • Add the flour, and mix until just combined. Avoid over-mixing. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. A toothpick should come out with only a couple of moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Lift the brownies from the pan, cut into squares, and serve.
