Broccoli Casserole is a terrific one-pot meal that satisfies! Cheese with broccoli combined for a delicious dish that is both comforting and nourishing.

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • cup milk
  • 16 oz frozen broccoli cuts defrosted and drained
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Topping

  • ½ cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine all ingredients except topping in a 1.5qt casserole dish.
  • Combine topping mixture in a small bowl and sprinkle over casserole.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Rest 5 minutes before serving.
