Ingredients
1 12ozpackage of Kings Hawaiian savory butter rolls
2cupsegg beaters or 8 eggs
1cupfully cooked sausage crumbles
6slicespepper jack cheese
½cupunsalted butter
¼cupmaple syrup + more for dippingoptional
poppy seeds and diced green onions to garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside. Slice rolls in half and place the bottom half into the prepared baking dish.
In a large skillet scramble eggs and place on top of rolls in baking dish.
Using fully cooked ground sausage, layer over the top of scrambled eggs, then top with six slices of pepper jack cheese and the top portion of the rolls.
Melt butter in a microwave safe dish and mix with maple syrup. Pour over the top of rolls and place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
