Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing

Easy Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing is the ultimate comfort food dinner your whole family will enjoy.
- 3 medium chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 10.75 oz can Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
- 2 cup chicken broth low sodium
- 6 oz box stuffing
- 2 15.5 oz can canned veggies green beans or peas and carrots
Spray crockpot generously with cooking spray.
Arrange the chicken breasts at the bottom and sprinkle on top: garlic powder, paprika, salt, and dried parsley.
In a large measuring cup or medium bowl, combine condensed soup and chicken broth until smooth.
Add the stuffing on top of the chicken breasts. Spray with some cooking oil and add the broth mixture on top, distributing it as evenly as possible. You can also mix it with the mixture.
Drain the canned veggies and arrange in an even layer on top of the stuffing.
Cover with lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Stir a few times during cooking.
Remove chicken to a plate, shred and serve on top of the stuffing.
