Creamy Lemon Pie has four simple ingredients and no baking required, making it extra quick and easy. The sweet tart flavor is perfect for a summer dessert.
- 9 inch graham cracker crust
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
In medium sized mixing bowl, blend cream cheese until it’s soft and fluffy. Blend together the cream cheese, milk and lemon juice.
Mix well and spread in graham crust.
Chill for 2 hours and top as desired.
