Made with apples, fresh cranberries, and the most incredible streusel topping, this apple cranberry crisp makes the perfect comfort food for the holidays.
In a large bowl add chopped apples, cranberries, sugar, and flour. Gently toss to combine. Pour apple-cranberry mixture into a 2-quart baking dish and set aside.
Toss together the granola, melted butter and cinnamon in a bowl until well coated. Sprinkle the topping over the fruit.
Bake for 35-40 minutes (55-65 minutes if using frozen cranberries) or until crumb topping is golden brown and the juice from the apples and cranberries is bubbling. If the topping starts to get too brown, tent a piece of foil overtop.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
Notes
The crisp will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
