Crock Pot Spaghetti and Meatballs

Crock Pot Spaghetti and Meatballs is one meal closer to making life simple and delicious. Each meatball is seasoned perfectly and topped with a quick and easy homemade sauce your whole family will love.


  • ¾ lb spaghetti noodles uncooked
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • cup parmesan cheese
  • parsley freshly chopped for garnish

For the meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup seasoned stuffing mix ground into crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ tsp garlic pepper
  • ½ tsp pepper

For the sauce

  • 1 24 ounce jar chunky combination pasta sauce
  • 1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ¼ cup onion diced
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper


  • Lightly spray the bottom and sides of a 6qt crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl combine all the ingredients for the meatballs and mix. Form into 17 meatballs and place in the bottom of the crock pot.
  • In another large bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce and mix well to combine. Pour sauce over the top of the meatballs and cook on high for 3 hours.
  • The last hour of cooking add the uncooked spaghetti noodles and beef broth. Cover back up and finish cooking. Once done, stir to combine noodles, sauce and meatballs, add in Parmesan cheese and top with freshly chopped parsley.
