Crockpot Pulled Pork comes together easily but tastes like you put hours into it! Start with a quick dry rub, pop it in the slow cooker, and stir in the sauce.
In a mixing bowl, combine the rub ingredients until well mixed.
Dry pork roast with paper towels. Rub the spice mixture over pork roast and place in the crockpot. Pour in chicken stock. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.
Remove the pork to a cutting board. Drain liquid from crockpot and discard.
Shred the pork removing any large pieces of fat. Return the meat to the crockpot and add bbq sauce. Serve
