rolls
biscuit dough

olive oil

pepperoni
roughly chopped or quartered
2 ½
cups
mozzarella cheese
¾
cup
grated Parmesan cheese

teaspoons
Italian seasoning
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
cup
pizza sauce
for dipping, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a bundt pan.
In a small bowl, place biscuits that have been cut into quarters. Toss them with olive oil.
In a large bowl, combine pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Mix well.
Add biscuits to pepperoni mixture and toss to coat all sides of the biscuits.
Distribute biscuit mixture evenly in prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until top is browned.
Turn out onto a large plate and serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use a casserole dish or loaf pan if you do not have a bundt pan.
Line your pan with parchment or foil for easy clean up.
Cook toppings that tend to be a bit watery, such as mushrooms, before adding to the bread mixture.
Refrigerate any leftovers for 3 days and reheat portions in the microwave.
