This easy Crock Pot Monkey Bread recipe is made with biscuits tossed in a crock pot along with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the best pull-apart bread ever!
Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces. Toss with cinnamon sugar. Place in the bottom of a greased 6 quart slow cooker.
Combine melted butter, brown sugar and any remaining cinnamon mixture. Pour over biscuits.
Gently cover the slow cooker with a double layer of paper towels. Ensure the paper towel isn't touching the food, it is to absorb moisture. Place the lid on top of the paper towels and cook on high for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
Notes
Place a heatproof jar with a bit of water in the center of the crockpot to mimic a bundt pan. This recipe can be made without this step.
