kernel corn
(11 ounce cans), drained

chopped green chiles
(4 ounce can) drained (or spice it up and use a can of chopped jalapenos)

cream cheese
(8 ounce block) room temperature, cubed

cup
mayonnaise

ounces
pepper jack cheese
shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish (8x8 inch or any medium stoneware bowl will work fine)
Cream together mayonnaise and cream cheese, in a medium bowl, until completely combined.
Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture into baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly
Serve with corn chips
