Easy Shortbread Cookies

butter
salted and softened

all-purpose flour

powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Incorporate butter with a pastry blender until dough can be squeezed together.
Roll dough out till desired thickness and cut.
Bake on an unlined cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
If using unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt into the flour and sugar mixture before incorporating butter.
