No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars
This simple homemade oatmeal peanut butter bars recipe makes an indulgent no bake dessert (or snack) with only a few ingredients and just 5 minutes prep!

Ingredients

peanut butter
2
cups
rolled oats
1
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
¾
cup
honey
Instructions
Place peanut butter and honey in a large bowl and microwave for 1 minute or until melted.
Once melted and smooth stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips. Stir until fully incorporated and chocolate has melted.
Spread mixture into a parchment-lined 9x9 pan.
Chill for an hour before cutting and serving.
Notes
Microwave the peanut butter and honey at short intervals.
Cover bars with plastic wrap to keep from drying out.
Once cool, cut bars and wrap individually with plastic wrap. Toss into a ziplock bag and refrigerate, or freeze.
