Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix together mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, pepper, green beans, ¾ cup fried onions, and ⅔ cup cheese.
Pour into casserole dish and top with remaining fried onions and cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes.
