Simple Ingredients

CHICKEN – Bone-in and skin-on chicken thighs are extra juicy on their own! Chicken breasts, drumsticks, and wings can be used as well. Keep the skins on so the lemon garlicky pepper sauce can bake onto each piece.

SPICES – Oregano, garlic, salt & pepper are all it takes to give the sauce amazing savory flavor. Mixed with the other ingredients these simple spices create the ideal combo!

SAUCE – The base for the sauce is made with honey, lemon, and soy and the olive oil brings it all together. It’s deliciously tangy and a little bit sweet for the ultimate savor!

Tips For Success!

  • If using fresh garlic, be sure it’s finely minced so it adheres to the chicken pieces.

Leftovers

Keep leftover pieces of Honey Lemon Chicken in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or under the broiler (brush with extra sauce, if desired).
