Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta

This recipe is simple to make and has amazing flavors. Garlic and butter compliment the shrimp while the tomatoes add freshness! Add in zesty lemon pepper seasoning and you have a flavor combination that is out of this world!

Lemon pepper can be purchased by the bottle or in bulk at your local market. Commercial lemon pepper tends to have a lot of salt but you can create your own, reduced salt version at home. This will allow you to control the amount of salt in the seasoning.

How To Make Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Simply combine the following ingredients, and adjust to your tastes or needs.

  • 1/4 cup dried lemon rind
  • 2-3 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons of table salt

Mix and store in an airtight container in a cool place. It should last for several months and is great on fish or chicken!
