Ingredients & Variations

FILLING: Butter, flour, sugar, vanilla, and a handful of mini chocolate chips is the simple yet sweet and hard to resist interior of these truffles.

NOTE: Consuming raw flour can cause food poisoning because it typically has not been treated to kill germs such as E.Coli so we recommend baking it to kill any bacteria. To bake, spread flour on a cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes. Let cool before proceeding with the recipe.

VARIATIONS: Add some shredded coconut to the filling. These balls would also taste so good and look impressive dipped in some melted chocolate melts. Dip and then put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. They could also be dipped in some melted Nutella or white chocolate. Or try sprinkling the still soft melted chocolate with sprinkles, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or other fun toppings!
